DATABAY SOLUTIONS RESPECTS THE PRIVACY OF VISITORS TO ITS WEBSITE

Visitors do not need to voluntarily provide any personal information to use this site. We do not employ any software or hardware techniques to capture personally identifiable information from you. DataBay Solutions employs reasonable measures to keep personal information accurate, complete and up to date. DATABAY SOLUTIONS, SC does not collect or disclose data that is irrelevant or excessive in relation to the purposes for which it is used.

Personal information received from clients may be stored on a business laptop or other portable media device only with the permission of the client and only if encrypted in transit and storage. Once the need for storage away from DataBay Solutions secure server has passed, such personal information shall be removed from the portable storage device.

Personal information received from clients shall be encrypted if it is necessary to transmit it by e- mail to or from DATABAY SOLUTIONS, SC secure server. A personal e-mail account may never be used to transmit client information that is confidential or includes personal information.

DataBay Solutions recognizes that certain categories of personal information, such as government-issued ID numbers or SSNs, are subject to special protections by laws in various jurisdictions and takes appropriate additional steps to protect such information. Transfers of personal information outside of Europe are lawful only if the parties in control of the information provide adequate safeguards. DataBay Solutions staff must consult with the Managing Partner whenever such data transfers are contemplated.

All staff of DataBay Solutions are responsible for helping to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of personal information obtained during the course of doing business. Staff and independent contractors who violate the terms of this policy, of applicable privacy and security laws or of confidentiality agreements they execute with DataBay Solutions or its clients may be subject to disciplinary consequences, up to and including termination of employment or contract.
